13.15 - 14.00   Courage and caution: freedom of expression and responses to "hate speech", by Peter Molnar, Rafto Prize Laureate (1989), senior research fellow Center for Media and Communication Studies at Central European University in Budapest, writer and activist

14.30-14.40      Program for Students at Risk, presentation by SAIH Bergen

14.40 - 15.20    The courage to report, by ICORN guest writer in Bergen and fellow journalist

15.20 - 17.00    Silenced voices, documentary film by Beate Arnestad. Introduction by the filmmaker. On journalists in exile from Sri Lanka who have reported on crimes of war. 
           
19.30 - 22.00    Tapas and cultural event in Bergen Public Library. Presentation and readings from new ICORN anthology.  Jazz poetry by Easterin Kire (poet) and musicians Ola Asdahl Rokkones and Jon Eirik Boska.  Presentation by cartoonist and ICORN guest writer Abdullahi Muhiaddin.
