- In Havana, an elderly couple struggling through difficult times unexpectedly rediscover tenderness, playfulness and desire in their life together.
The film explores how intimacy can endure through hardship, and how even late in life joy may return through contact with another person. The film is a collaoration between Colombia, Germany, Norway, Argentina and Cuba.
The theme for this season is Films that unite people of the world. After each screening the club holds an open discussion of the film where all attendants are warmly welcome to share their perspectives.
