“Sounds on Hand” – electronic music live set
“Sounds on Hand” is an interactive concert which blurs the distinctions between performer and the listener. The core of the music is formed of calm yet colourful structures generated by synthesisers. These structures are accompanied by various sounds controlled by the audience, whose choices are crucial in creating the final shape of the piece. In front of them lies a specially designed “soundbox” that alters the timbre, tempo, or density of the performed music when touched.

The event gives a great opportunity for both children and adults to express their emotions and thoughts through music in safe and casual atmosphere.

 

Konserten finner sted i Auditoriet på Bergen Offentlige Bibliotek og er gratis.

 

Biblioteksmusikken er ein Krapyl-konsertserie som går laurdagar i regi av nyMusikk Bergen. Desse laurdagane kan publikum få oppleva ny musikk, og i tillegg ta med ungane sine. Konsertane er ikkje såkalla barnekonsertar, men produksjonar som blir gjort tilgjengelege for både vaksne og barn, på eit klokkeslett som høver alle aldrar, og som ikkje har for høgt volum.
